A Stint in Serbia

Whenever I sit down to write a blog post, I inevitably start with something along the lines of ‘I never thought I’d be in xyz…’. After a while I am sure it gets a little boring. And I should be smacked out of that mindset by now having been travelling for seven months. But we still feel so lucky to be doing this trip and seeing so many places.

When we mapped out a route to take us by train from Prague to Turkey, we wanted to make a stop in each country we would pass through. Serbia was on the roster, right after Budapest. Serbia! A country we’d never really had on our radar.

And so we had a few days in Belgrade to wander around.
